What can IdenTrust help you with today?

Important Announcement - macOS Tahoe Support

We want to inform our Mac users that the recent release of macOS Tahoe (version 26), launched on September 15, 2025, is not currently supported by IdenTrust for:
— Retrieving digital certificates
— Installing or using ActivClient middleware required for hardware-based certificates

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that our team is actively working to provide full support for macOS Tahoe as soon as possible.

What You Need to Know:
— Hardware-based certificate users: Please use a Windows machine to retrieve your IdenTrust digital certificate. Once retrieved, the certificate may be used on a Mac as long as the macOS version is earlier than 26.
— Software-based certificate users: You may continue to retrieve your certificate using a Mac, provided your system is not running macOS 26.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward compatibility with the latest macOS release.
